Inspiring Mental Health Talk at Eunos CC

Recently, I had the privilege of sharing my 30-year mental health recovery journey at Eunos Community Club. As a person living with schizophrenia, it was an honor to engage with the audience on a personal level and contribute to the mental health conversation.

The attendees were incredibly receptive and eager to learn from my experiences, making for a truly engaging event. Following the talk, several individuals approached me for a photograph, and one attendee even reached out to Eunos CC to express their appreciation for the insightful discussion.

These interactions reflect my ability to connect with diverse audiences and effectively communicate the challenges, triumphs, and lessons learned on my path to recovery. I am grateful for the opportunity to use my voice to inspire and educate others, and I look forward to continuing this important work in the mental health community.
